dESIGN + CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

 
 

PHASE 1- OWNER/ DESIGNER MEETING

  • Initial Owner Meeting to ascertain Scope of Work.

  • Design Fee Proposal (after initial Owner meeting).

  • Discuss design process, Owner’s planned investment in the project.

  • Contract to start work (signed and design fee paid).

 

PHASE 2 - CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

  • Once Design Service Fee is paid upfront, Roebuck Studio will measure and photograph project site.

  • Prepare conceptual design options.

  • Discuss material options with Owner and finalize materials before final CAD construction drawings and cost estimate is prepared.

  • Prepare Final Construction Drawings, Materials and Cost Estimate- review with Owner, amend as required.

  • Owner approval to proceed with Construction- Roebuck Studio will work with Owner to schedule the remodel.

 

PHASE 3 - Construction

  • Prepare Construction Contract, review with Owner and both parties sign.

  • Project Management, Scheduling and Coordination of Trades.

  • Permit Applications as necessary.

  • Ordering and Purchasing of Materials.

  • Clear Communication from Roebuck Studio and Owner throughout the construction.

  • Project Close-out- finalize any details, final invoice and approval for final photos for marketing purposes
